🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Specialist focused on HR systems, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
• Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
• Managing system updates, testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth rollouts.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to HR users.
• Participating in projects related to HR digital transformation and process optimization.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the Learning module
• Technical skills in system configuration, data management, and integration within SAP environments.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support HR teams effectively.
• Project management experience is a plus, especially in HRIS implementations or upgrades.
• Strong communication skills to cooperate with IT and HR teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• English language proficiency at a communicative level is required.
