ERP Support Analyst

The Role

We’re looking for an ERP Support Administrator to join our EMEAI Information Systems Team in Blansko, Czech Republic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working closely with teams to improve ERP systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolving tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, analyze processes, and replicate problems for resolution.
• Use TSQL to analyze ERP issues, generate report datasets, and create reports (SSRS, Excel) and maintain backups.
• Manage ERP user roles, security settings, and system configurations.
• Support ERP upgrades and resolve integration issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials; provide user training both remotely and onsite.
• Collaborate with teams like Finance, Sales, and Operations to improve ERP processes.
• Support global and regional ERP-related projects.
• What You Need
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or 3+ years of experience in ERP/SQL support). · Strong ERP & SQL skills (experience with Visual from Infor is a plus). · Experience with report writing (SSRS preferred, but any reporting tool is fine).
• Understanding of ERP workflows, database principles with proficient t-sql query writing knowledge (Stored Procedures, Triggers), and business processes (order-to-cash, invoicing, etc.).
• Ability to learn new ERP modules and proactively suggest improvements.
• Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10 days per year).
• Flexibility to work outside business hours when needed (kept to a minimum).
