Product Line Washer Systems is a leading supplier in product area of washing components. The Product Line serves customers worldwide as supplier for components or entire systems to clean front and rear windshields, headlamps, cameras and sensors. Production and R&D facilities are operative worldwide and are supporting customer projects from built-to-print to system engineering.

Project management in terms of the sales team support during acquisition phase, leading of the project development after nomination by stearing the development team during project phases according to valid PLC process, internal organisation and negotiation, customer negotiations. Full responsibility for the project results and its regular introduction in PRM.

Job Description

* Technical lead and support durring acquisition phase

* Leading of development and application projects

* Creation of project and regular maintenance acc. PLC (budget, timing, milestones, profitability, risks)

* Technical discussion lead with customer

* Regular participation on internal and customer meetings (meeting minutes, action item list)

* Customer B2B portal maintenance

* Participation in key suppliers meetings

Qualifications

* Technical university / mechanical engineering or related college

* Knowledge of material properties and behavior, especially plastics an advantage

* Knowledge of hydromechanical / pneumatic systems an advantage

* Experience with leadership of cross-divissional teams is welcome

* Advanced knowledge of English or German

* Second foreign language an advantage

* Active approach and sense of teamwork

* Driving license B

* Experience in an international team environment and experience in the automotive field welcome
