O pozici

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee data management, record-keeping, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
  • Support new product launches, including packaging development, registration, logistics, atc.
  • Act as a liaison between the back office and front office teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, IT, etc.) to support organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, including financial documents, employee files, and operational logs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in back-office operations and propose improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, team performance, and project progress.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Competition monitoring


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations management role (3-5 years preferred).
  • Experience in managing workflows.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • English and Czech language is a must.
