Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee data management, record-keeping, and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Support new product launches, including packaging development, registration, logistics, atc.
- Act as a liaison between the back office and front office teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, IT, etc.) to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, including financial documents, employee files, and operational logs.
- Identify inefficiencies in back-office operations and propose improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, team performance, and project progress.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations management role (3-5 years preferred).
- Experience in managing workflows.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- English and Czech language is a must.
