Digital Marketing Specialist CEE

We are looking for a part time Digital Marketing Specialist with start date 1.4.2026 to join our team and support marketing activities across CEE region. This role offers a diverse scope covering brand and performance marketing, website management, marketing projects, and ad-hoc initiatives supporting B2C or B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• Proper and timely execution of responsibilities and projects defined by the manager within the scope of the role
• Contribution to brand and performance marketing activities, e-mail marketing, website management and project-based marketing initiatives
• Cooperation and effective communication with other AXA Partners departments in line with company rules
• Acting in accordance with AXA Partners values
• Support of B2C or B2B sales activities through digital marketing initiatives

Skills & experience:

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in online/digital marketing
• Czech language at native level and English language proficiency at B2 level (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced PC skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and proactive approach
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and data understanding (e.g. Google Analytics 4)
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
