Marketing specialist – part time job

Elevion Group (subsidiary of CEZ) is one of the leading energy service providers in Europe with portfolio of more than 80 companies (mainly in Germany, Italy, Poland, The Netherlands etc.). Elevion Group is a fast-growing company focused on decarbonization and energy efficient solutions.

Elevion Group is now looking for the marketing specialist (part-time) who will support Marketing manager in activities within Europe (outside of CZ) where Elevion Group is active.

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Support of Marketing manager who is responsible for internal & external communication of Elevion Group.
• Assist with the preparation and scheduling of LinkedIn content in cooperation with digital agency and marketing teams in each country.
• Collaborate on the preparation of internal content for the intranet and employee materials.
• Preparation of presentations and other internal / external materials.
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Tasks organization – priority, reminders.
• Responsible for budget tracking.
• Communication with stakeholders and marketing members within the group (Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Holland, Romania).

Your Profile:

• University degree.
• Willingness to learn and drive for results.
• Interest in digital and social media, websites, PR.
• Friendly, and communicative personality.
• Creativity, proactivity, flexibility, open mind.
• Responsible and independent, able to organize tasks and set priorities.
• Good organizational, writing and time management skills.
• User’s knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Power point, Word, Canva.
• Languages: ENG/DE – advanced level, other languages (Italian, Polish) – advantage.
• Active driver.
