Process Engineer – Pasta Technologies

As our new Process Engineer, you’ll help shape the future of food production. From Prague, you’ll design and optimize production systems that bring pasta to tables around the world. Working alongside international teams, you’ll turn customer needs into smart, scalable solutions – and see the impact of your work in every successful installation.

What you’ll do

• Create process concepts and flow diagrams for pasta lines that meet Bühler standards
• Support installation and commissioning by resolving technical challenges on site
• Record commissioning data, deviations, and lessons learned to improve future projects
• Work with sales, quotation, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Make pre-adjustments to equipment and verify installations
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders across departments and countries

What we’re looking for

• Technical education in process or mechanical engineering
• 2–4 years of experience as a Process or Design Engineer
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Fluent English (B2+); other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• Experience working in international or matrix teams is a big advantage
• Interest or experience in pasta production is a strong plus
