We are looking for an assistant to help us manage the Exasaas offer.

About the Project:

ExaSaas is an exciting new initiative by Exapro, providing partners in the used machinery market with a SaaS subscription to publish their machines on Exapro.com. Currently, 100 clients have joined the ExaSaas subscription, and we are looking to scale this service with your support.

Your Role:
As a Project Assistant, you will support the person in charge of the ExaSaas project by helping to maintain and update the database of our existing partners. You will assist in keeping subscription accounts up-to-date, preparing content for simple translations, and reporting results. Your work will ensure the smooth operation and growth of the ExaSaas service.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet research)
• Reliable, organized, and dependable

Responsibilities:

• Assist the ExaSaas project lead in managing subscription accounts of existing Exapro partners
• Update and maintain the ExaSaas database with current offers
• Prepare simple translations using ChatGPT
• Report progress and results regularly
