Junior Brand Manager – Tchibo&Eduscho brands

We are opening a new position, which is a unique opportunity for junior marketing enthusiasts who want to participate in the development of our successful brands Tchibo and Eduscho.

If you already have experience in an international company and have been part of an international collaboration or project, this position is right for you!

What is this position about:

Marketing Orientation

• You will initiate or lead and execute market research, together with market research department
• You will initiate and lead consumer, customer and FMCG/Coffee market analyses
• You will analyze evidence-based consumption and behavior data in the coffee category
• You will prepare reporting, consolidate insights and conclusions from the reported market / brand data

Marketing Strategy

• You will support Brand Manager in setting up/defining the Target Group, Positioning and Brand Goals

Marketing Execution

• You will manage the development of the overall marketing/brand plans and support implementation of marketing plans for the brands and the respective products in the countries
• You will steer the whole packaging agenda e.g. CSR packaging change agenda, re-launches, new products
• You ensure that our Tchibo Coffee portfolio always meets the current consumer needs in our core markets and actively manage the product range.
• Together with agencies, you will develop communication assets to position and support the growth of your brand.
• You will control the budget for product, packaging development and advertising materials

What would be the best fit:

• You have degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management.
• You have at 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG brand and have ideally already worked internationally.
• You are passionate about evidence-based marketing and understand consumer goods brands and are ready to contribute to the future of our brands with creative concepts.
• You have experience in leading project teams and can navigate complex organization with ease/ thrive in complex environment, ideally across multiple countries.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, resilience and assertiveness while being a team player. Your strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity make it easy for you to work with different stakeholders.
• Your strategic thinking, analytical skills and ownership round off your profile.
• You are business fluent in English and ideally have other language skills (e.g. Czech, Slovak, German etc.).
