Poly Sales Specialist with English + Czech or Polish

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic professional to fill the position of (Poly Sales Specialist) with English and Czech (Polish is an advantage) language. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with ISRs on developing Poly business on CEE markets. It includes meeting with them on 1to1's if necessary, keeping the Poly business in line (you're going to receive reports on volume and open pipeline from your management).
• Being a "go-to" person for teams on CEE markets in regard to Poly - answering questions and providing knowledge.
• As a Poly specialist you receive materials straight from Poly and you're supposed to communicate to your teams what's new.
• Assisting with special pricing - in example, there's a deal we can win with very low prices, you'll have to help your coworkers and negotiate on their behalf. There's a strong emphasis on Poly Specialists participating in that process.
• On request - provide product presentation for customers. You're going to be asked very often to step in and talk to a customer about Poly, you need to have product knowledge and experience in presenting.
• Preparing weekly reports to your managers on how Poly business develops on your markets. It's usually a weekly 1to1 with your direct manager.
• Participating on PD with your markets, if they happen. You're not a direct participant, but you're going to be required to be there and provide information on what specific can be offered (if there's i.e. promo prepared for that particular PD).
• Processing promo requests related to Poly - right now it's all about Poly My First Room, but you're going to be a default person for processing other promos, if they happen.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B sales experience
• Proven track of records in KPIs and Sales Achievements
• A winning attitude and competitive nature
• Strong in communication and proactive approach to customers
• Ability to set priorities based on the customer, Quota and KPI objectives
• Ability to work under stress, handle unique situations and work in the team
• Basic IT knowledge and orientation on IT market
• Native Czech and strong English both (+ polish is an advantage) in oral and written form
