Help our teams on Customer Care / Customer Service Line with the workload from the start of Black Friday until the end of Christmas.

What is going to be part of your workload?

· You are going to grant our Romanian speaking customers‘ wishes and support and answer their needs via phone, email or chat as well as providing them with information regarding their orders

· Also, you are going to register orders made by phone, continuously watch their condition and do everything possible for their smooth delivery and customer’s smile

What do we want you to acquire?

· Proficient knowledge (minimum B2 level) of Romanian language regarding both writing and speaking skills as you are going to deal with Romanian speakers

· Both kind and friendly attitude as well as professional performance towards others

· Willingness to work at least 20h/week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 – you can choose shifts that suit you within this timeframe.

· As we are a Czech-based company, this position is only open to candidates who are currently living in the Czech Republic.

For full remote work with us, you must have:

  • Your own laptop with Windows 10 or newer
  • Functional and regularly updated antivirus
  • Stable internet (min. 10/10 Mbit)
  • Screen at least 14.1" with Full HD resolution
