Overview
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technical solutions and customer success? CCR is looking for an Sales Engineer to join our expanding team and lead sales growth across the Czech Republic.

At CCR, we specialize in delivering high-performance refrigeration and HVAC solutions. Backed by a strong international network and deep engineering expertise, we help our clients reach new levels of efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
As our new sales representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the market—connecting with key players, closing complex solution deals, and building long-term strategic relationships. Your mission is to drive sales, deepen customer trust, and represent CCR’s best-in-class technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with food retail customers and partners
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored refrigeration/HVAC solutions
  • Promote and sell complex technical solutions, including full-scale refrigeration projects
  • Conduct regular customer visits across Czech Republic
  • Lead negotiations, create commercial offers, contracts, and calculation sheets
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support business development efforts
  • Maintain sales statistics and documentation in line with internal processes


Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in the refrigeration or HVAC industry
  • Track record of success in refrigeration solution sales, preferably within an international matrix organization
  • Strong knowledge of the Czech market, with fluency in English and Czech/Slovak
  • Solid technical understanding of cooling technologies and how to communicate their value
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a “play to win” attitude
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales & engineering team
