Now, we’re looking for someone extraordinary to join our crew as a Check-In Agent.

What You’ll Do:

Stay on the Move: You’ll be zipping around the heart of Prague, connecting with guests from around the world.

Create Lasting Impressions: Your friendly personality and excellent communication skills will make every guest feel welcome and valued.

Ensure Smooth Accommodations: Manage guest check-ins and conduct thorough property inspections to maintain our high standards.

Engage and Communicate: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with ease.

Collaborate Seamlessly: Work with our operation and accommodation teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

Bilingual: Fluent in spoken and written English and Czech.

Social Butterfly: Excellent social and communication skills. Enjoy face to face guest interactions!

Outdoor Enthusiast: Enjoy being on the move, with our apartments spread across the Prague city center.

Flexible Schedule: Available to work a AT LEAST 3 TIMES PER WEEK, days of your choice including afternoon and night shifts ( there are no morning shifts) MON,THU,FRI, SAT,SUN are days where we need most help.

AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING HOLIDAYS and Weekends is a huge plus.

Reliable and Responsible: Strong sense of duty and reliability.

Team Player: Thrive in a team environment and show problem solving abilities.

Hospitality Experience: Preferably have experience in hospitality/tourism or customer care, though we provide training for those with potential.
