Tourism Operations Assistant (On-Call / Student Friendly)

Our Prague-based agency is expanding and we are looking for a dependable and proactive colleague to support our tours and customer service operations.

This role is ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in the tourism sector in Prague while maintaining maximum flexibility.

Our company's ambition is to create high quality tourist experiences that are sustainable and not harmful to locals living in the historical city center of Prague.

We request

• Availability in stand-by mode between 9:00–21:00 on selected days, ideally about 15 days in a month
• Ability to respond to messages within one hour
• Strong written and spoken English
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• knowledge of the historical city center of Prague and a frequent presence in the city

• Additional compensation of 3.50 CZK per minute for recorded interactions, making a monthly salary of 4000-6000 CZK
