Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, testing, and improvement of AI prompts and content for internal service tools.
• Assist with building and maintaining a knowledge graph for our service documentation.
• Aid in configuring, testing, and resolving AI agent workflows.
• Document processes and share findings with the team.
• Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions on AI integration.
• Engage in multi-functional teamwork to determine the best approaches for AI integration and deployment.

How will you get here?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or first year of Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eagerness to learn about AI, data, and programming (Python, SQL or similar).
• Interest in data organization and information modeling.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen interest in working on projects that have real-world impact and the ambition to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Good knowledge of the English language
