EMEA Training & Development Specialist

We're looking for a an EMEA Training & Development Specialist to support our Service Technology Centers (STCs) in the Czech Republic, Ireland, and Israel.

Based in Brno, you'll work closely with local leaders, HR, and our global Learning & Development team to develop employees, deliver impactful training, and help our business achieve its strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical and functional training programs.
• Identify training needs and create development plans aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees and technical specialists.
• Partner with managers, HR, and the Global Training & Development team to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Maintain training records and learning plans in our Learning Management System.
• Measure training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and continuously improve programs.
• Build annual training plans and support the professional development of employees.
• Support employer branding, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials for different learning formats.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify learning needs, interpret data and feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• A creative, proactive, and well-organized approach with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Czech and good English, both written and spoken.
• A positive, approachable personality with a good sense of humor—we believe work is better when we enjoy it together!
