Program term: September 2025 – February 2026 (6 months minimum, with a possibility to become a full-time)

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, part time. A specific schedule will be discussed with your manager and depend on your availability. Work for DPČ (max 20 hours per week). 1 day from the Prague office a week is preferred.

Responsibilities:

We’re searching for a Martech Intern — someone who is organized, independent, and eager to deliver high-quality outputs on time. Your core mission? Support the execution of email marketing campaigns in HubSpot as part of our global supplier onboarding and ABM strategies.

This role is ideal for a student who wants to grow into a Marketing Technologist, gain exposure to various marketing projects, and explore how automation tools drive strategic growth in a B2B fintech environment.

HubSpot Email Campaigns (Strategic Initiatives to drive business)

• Build and launch emails that drive business and are core to our strategic initiatives
• Manage contact list uploads and workflows
• Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations

Data & Platform Insights

• Clean and maintain contact databases
• Analyze email and campaign performance
• Explore light automations (Python/AI tools welcomed)

Exposure Projects (based on bandwidth & interest)

• Assist with cross-functional campaigns (e.g., Product Marketing, Brand, or Events)
• Conduct market or audience research
• Help align CRM data across tools

Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
• Fluent in English (C1 or above)
• Solid organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail is a must
• Strong sense of ownership and independent execution
• Comfortable with data (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting, segmentation)
• MS Office tools proficiency
• Curiosity about MarTech, automation, and AI-powered tools
• Bonus: Knowledge of Python, HubSpot or Salesforce
