Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Build and execute go‑to‑market plans for assigned vendors.
  • Grow TD SYNNEX’s market share by identifying new opportunities and supporting key deals.
  • Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans.

Partner & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and manage a set of partners’ accounts.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners and key customers through regular business reviews.
  • Promote vendor value propositions internally and externally.

Commercial & Strategic Execution

  • Negotiate commercial terms, deals, and rebates.
  • Provide input into pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to support execution.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and partner programs.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Required

  • Proven experience in IT channel or partner-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of the partner and end‑customer ecosystem.
  • Excellent English and Czech communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and solution‑selling mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and multinational environment.


Preferred

  • Background from an IT partner/reseller.
  • Experience in business planning or go‑to‑market development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
