O pozici

This role ensures a systematic increase in sales effectiveness through data-driven insights, deep analyses, and identification of market opportunities. As a member of the commercial leadership team, it acts as a key strategic partner to Sales and the main driver of process digitalization. The role is responsible for building and leading a unified Sales administrative support function and for securing a strategic connection between the local business and the HQ in Bonn.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performance & Data Management: Responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales performance, delivering actionable insights to top management, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring high-quality CRM data management.
  • Opportunity Analysis & Identification: Identifies and analyzes growth opportunities by tracking market trends, customer behavior, and benchmarking performance to drive data-based commercial decisions.
  • Sales Strategy Support & Leadership: Supports commercial leadership by contributing to strategy definition, optimizing sales processes, and leading forecasting, target setting, and incentive-related activities.
  • Digitalization & Innovation: Drives digitalization of sales processes through advanced reporting, automation, team enablement, and continuous simplification to increase sales agility.
  • Team Leadership & Sales Support Development: Builds and leads a centralized Sales Support function by setting priorities, developing the team, integrating analytics with operations, and defining quality standards and KPIs.
  • International Collaboration & HQ Interface: Acts as the key interface between the local business and Bonn HQ by aligning processes with global standards and representing local performance in international initiatives.
  • Business development: Orchestrates seamless cross-departmental collaboration (integrating Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to unlock new revenue streams and support enterprise growth. Leads the commercial execution and tracking of distribution promotions, go-to-market strategies, and targeted campaigns, ensuring all promotional activities are data-driven and designed to maximize ROI and market penetration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Senior experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
  • Proven experience in change management and business transformation, with a mindset and track record as a driver of change.
  • Experience in people leadership and team/process building (advantage).
  • Strong drive for digitalization and hands-on experience with modern sales and analytics technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Qlik, BI/reporting tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for cooperation with leadership and HQ.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Czech Republic to different locations and offices to support collaboration, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration with the Bonn headquarters; Czech is a must.
