O pozici

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

Your role and responsibilities:

Customer purchase orders

  • Entering Service orders, Sales orders, projects in SAP
  • Sending order confirmations to external customers
  • Active communication with external & internal customers
  • Responsibility for projects cost check/cost control
  • Following real cost and revenues vs budget and forecast
  • Responsibility for project Finance
  • Gathering sales inputs & entering production costs
  • Creating purchase requisitions, chasing the factory on delivery times
  • Initiating and tracking of deliveries
  • Informing external customers on the status of deliveries
  • Invoicing customers
  • Reporting & following up on overdue Invoices to local controller & Operations Manager
  • Generating licenses and license keys in SoFa
  • Organizing handover meeting with engineering, sales, internal customers
  • Handling repairs and exchanges
  • Handling several service contracts that require constant monitoring of the services provided and communication with multiple engineers
  • Invoicing of service contracts based on valid contracts and actual services rendered
  • Filling out Emergency Order Process for Advant Product Line
  • Working with SAP Ariba- customer profile monitoring, downloading POs, order confirmations, invoicing

Supporting other teams

  • Supporting procurement teams with more difficult vendor orders
  • In some instance requesting RFQs from suppliers
  • Supporting other PMs in creating PRs and deliveries, following up on overdues
  • Creating purchase requisition for stock and purchase requisitions for services unrelated to specific projects
  • Main point of contact with PCP factory
  • Resolving tax-related issues on invoices in cooperation with the tax team

Participating in monthly meetings with controlling

  • Resolving closing errors and reporting it to controlling
  • Supporting controlling in overdue collection
  • Resolving any other SAP-related errors

Close collaboration with Trade Compliance

  • Preparing Critical Assessment forms for Trade Compliance
  • Supporting Shipping and TC Trade Compliance with preparation of export documents
  • Preparation of additional export documents when requested by clients, e.g. Letter of Authority etc.
  • Requesting Certificates of Origin, EUR1, ROHs etc. from vendors


Qualifications for the role

  • You have a secondary school or university degree, ideally in economics or finance
  • You can communicate in English – both written and spoken
  • You have experience with the ERP system SAP (knowledge of PS, MM, or SD modules is an advantage)
  • You enjoy working with numbers and have an eye for detail
  • You are proficient in MS Excel
  • You are comfortable working in a virtual team
