Finance Controller

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our dynamic finance team. If you enjoy working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting strategic decisions, this could be your next career move.

As a Finance Controller, you will support the Country VP and Regional CFO in analyzing business performance, preparing financial plans, and ensuring accurate and effective financial management. This role is ideal for someone with first experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis who is ready to grow in a multinational environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor and report financial results (P&L, cash flow, KPIs)
• Support new business initiatives (Capex, M&A, partnerships, special projects) with financial analysis and business cases
• Assist in preparing country business reviews, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure effective reporting and financial controls are in place
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with
• operational goals
• Help integrate financial processes for new business units and initiatives
• Monitor and compile reports for credit follow-up (DSO, aging, bad debt)

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis (ideally in a multinational company)

• Solid understanding of financial statements, business transaction cycles, and cash flow analysis

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Navision is a plus
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and very good English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
