About the team:

We are a team of Supplier Quality experts dedicated to ensuring the continuous quality of steel suppliers for Innomotics Dynamowerk in Berlin. Dynamowerk is a unique developer and manufacturer of special electric motors up to 100 MW and 680 tons.
Our team is based in Brno, Czech Republic, and we take pride in our strong international presence. Our main commodities include electrical components for motors and generators such as stators, rotors, insulation parts, coils, and related components.

Main responsibilities in your future role

• Performing physical final inspections of parts at suppliers before shipment, mainly focusing on welded, machined, and painted parts
• Reviewing and verifying product-related documentation
• Ensuring and continuously improving supplier quality through qualification and development activities
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering
• Proactively contributing to the commodity network and supplier evaluation
• Conducting on-site supplier audits, investigating, analyzing, and resolving quality deviations
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes and quality targets

Your profile

• University or high school degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification is a must
• Experience with manufacturing processes of large electrical machines or components
• Experience with supplier audits according to DIN ISO 9001 (preferred)
• Fluent English is mandatory; German, Czech, or other languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of corrosion protection (e.g. FROSIO or NACE) is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license and active driving experience
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%); remaining time spent working remotely
• Residence in the Czech Republic
• Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, able to work effectively with internal and external partners
