As our Event and Membership Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning, delivery and improvement of BCC events.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of business and networking events, including educational workshops, roundtables, events within our Equilibrium and Power Talks mentoring programmes, and tailored gatherings for BCC members.
Beyond delivering successful events, you will help develop new formats, strengthen relationships with our members and partners, and identify opportunities to increase the value BCC brings to its business community.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, with the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve existing programmes and shape the future development of BCC events.

Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to promote events and programmes and maximise participant engagement
Manage event registrations, bookings and company profiles in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Analyse event outcomes and participant feedback, prepare reports and recommend practical improvements to enhance future events
Work closely with the BCC Managing Director to develop new event concepts and formats, and continuously improve the event programme in line with member needs and emerging opportunities
Partnerships, Sponsorship & Membership
· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with current BCC members, commercial partners, sponsors and other key stakeholders
· Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners, develop collaboration opportunities and support sponsorship acquisition

· Provide ongoing care and support to member companies, ensuring they receive value from their membership
· Support and coordinate BCC working groups and initiatives that encourage member participation and collaboration

· Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in event management, project management or a related role, ideally involving business events and external stakeholders
· Speak Czech and English fluently and feel confident communicating in an international business environment
· Have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture
· Can independently manage projects, budgets, suppliers and stakeholders from initial planning through to evaluation
