Marketing Specialist - Czech a English language

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support end‑to‑end marketing activities, help execute campaigns and events, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Job description

• Supporting end‑to‑end marketing campaigns - from idea generation to execution and evaluation
• Planning and executing physical and digital events, often in cooperation with external partners
• Managing internal and external communication channels (social media, email, website)
• Contributing to social media plans and coordinating content creation with agencies
• Assisting with basic graphic and video materials
• Updating the corporate website, creating simple landing pages and event microsites
• Tracking results and preparing reports on marketing activities
• Collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders across CZ/SK

Candidate Profile

• Proactive and independent person with a strong willingness to learn
• Enjoys problem‑solving and can work with minimal supervision
• Interest in B2B marketing (experience is an advantage, not a must)
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, economics, IT or similar – advantage, not required)
• Experience with digital or event marketing is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (CMS, analytics) and MS Office
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage
• Creativity, strong communication skills and a “can‑do” mindset
