O pozici

Paylab, Platy.sk and Platy.cz belong together with Teamio and Arnold to the growing family of HR tech products in our organization. Our aspiration is “To be every HR team's favorite ecosystem of digital hiring tools, empowering them to do their best work.” Together we are at the start of building one hiring platform where the recruitment teams, people managers, and employees can collaborate in recruitment, conduct surveys, make sure the salaries are fair and renumeration is transparent. There will be more to come on the B2B side.


You will start your journey with Salaries. Salaries are one of the most sensitive and important topics in the world of work. Companies need to know whether their remuneration is competitive. HR teams need reliable data. Employees want fairness and transparency. On the B2C side employed people and more specifically the candidates need to know that is the situation on the market, what is the benchmark, what they can expect from changing the job.


That is why we are looking for a Product Manager who will innovate Paylab mainly for Czechia (Platy.cz), Slovakia (Platy.sk) and Croatia (Mojaplaca.hr) and make sure the product brings real value to candidates and companies. Yes, it is a marketplace.

What will be your job?

At start you will be responsible for the product development of Paylab and its salary-related services in Hiring Platform.
In practice, this means that you will:

  • Own and shape the product direction of Paylab for Czechia, Slovakia and Croatia.
  • Look for opportunities to improve the product for HR professionals, companies, and employed people.
  • Work with data, user feedback, market needs, and business priorities to decide what makes sense to build next.
  • Cooperate closely with development, UX, sales, marketing, customer success, customer care, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear product goals, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Break bigger topics into smaller, understandable pieces for the team.
  • Take care of everyday product operations — questions, requests, bugs, improvements, prioritization, and communication.
  • Follow how users work with the product and look for ways to make the experience simpler, clearer, and more useful.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about progress, decisions, and trade-offs.

How do we build products that matter?

Our product teams are autonomous. They consist of product managers, developers, UX designers, and people from the business side. We work with quarterly product goals, priorities, and regular discovery/delivery cycles, but we do not believe in process for the sake of process.


We try to release in smaller steps, simplify rather than complicate and make decisions based on data, user needs and business impact. One of our company's values is simplicity, and we really try to bring it into the way we build products.


Product management here is not about writing tasks alone in a corner. We believe that good solutions are created together with the team. The product manager brings direction, context, priorities and ownership — but the best ideas often come from shared discussions with developers, UX and business stakeholders.


You will have a lot of autonomy, but also a lot of people to cooperate with. Paylab touches a specific and sensitive area — salaries and remuneration — so we need someone who can think about user value, data quality, trust, business model and product experience at the same time.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a product person who already knows what it means to own a product and make decisions with real business impact.
You will be a good fit if:

  • You have solid experience in product management, ideally with B2B, SaaS, HR tech, data products, marketplaces, or online tools.
  • You know how to work with data; data analytics is the core part of the product!
  • You either already have an experience in salary, renumeration and Comp&Ben related areas or this domain sounds worth to mastering, becoming an expert i
  • You can turn unclear business or user needs into a clear product direction.
  • You are interested in how users work with the product, and you want to understand their real problems.
  • You can balance business needs, user value, technical complexity, and long-term product health.
  • You are able to communicate clearly with developers, UX, sales, marketing, customer care, and management.
  • You can break complex problems into smaller parts and move things forward step by step.
  • You can prioritize and distinguish what is important from what only looks urgent.
  • You can communicate in English.
