About the Role:
We are seeking a Compliance Officer with experience in regulated digital or online industries. The successful candidate will oversee licensing processes, regulatory reporting, and ensure full compliance with international and local legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with regulatory authorities and certification bodies (EU and international)
- Oversee compliance with AML, GDPR, and responsible business requirements
- Maintain internal compliance documentation and audit trails
- Support certification of new products and market entries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably within digital, technology, or financial services
- Excellent command of English (C1+); Czech and/or Russian are strong advantages
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jurisdictions
