Candidate requirements ✅

• Minimum 2 year of experience as PM/ Sales/ Operation manager/Import Export Manager/Key Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager/Purchasing manager/Supply Chain Manager.
• Experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory).
• Experience in B2B (preferred).
• ERP knowledge.
• Strong skills in planning, deadline management.
• Ability to make effective decisions quickly in stressful situations.
• English, Ukrainian/Russian — B2+ (mandatory).
• Czech — B1+ (preferred).

Key responsibilities 📌

• Aligning all cooperation conditions with clients (deadlines, payments, specifications).
• Preparing high-quality and timely price offers; ensuring visuals and project materials are available.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients on project status.
• Coordinating interaction among all stakeholders.
• Monitoring deadlines, quality of deliverables, and timely client payments.
• Building long-term client relationships based on an individual approach.
• Keeping full project history updated in corporate systems (Outlook, SharePoint).
• Updating project statuses for regular meetings.
