PROCESS ENGINEER - BRAZING

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Brazing to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our manufacturing processes. We require

• High school or college of technical direction (ideally mechanical engineering or related fields)

• English (technical documentation, communication with colleagues) – B2/C1

• Good knowledge of Czech language, written and spoken

• Previous experience with brazing, heat treatment, or thermal processes

• Understanding of metallurgical principles and material behavior under heat

• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

• Communicative, responsible, independent, assertive

• Knowledge of MS Office

Job content

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated Process Engineer specialized in brazing technologies to join our growing manufacturing team
• You will be responsible for developing, stabilizing, and optimizing brazing processes to ensure high product quality, efficiency, and reliability in our manufacturing operations
• Take ownership of brazing processes (vakuum or furnace brazing).
• Define, monitor, and optimize process parameters (temperature curves, atmosphere control, cycle times, etc.).
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and implementation of new technologies into serial production.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and FMEA.
• Analyze non-conformities and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods
• Cooperate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to resolve process issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process capability and reduce costs.
• Train and support operators and technicians in process standards and best practices.
