WMS Implementation Consultant (m/f/d) - Prague

As a WMS Implementation Consultant, you play a key role in transforming warehouse operations by guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle—from process analysis and solution design to go-live and continuous optimization.

You work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams, and decision-makers to ensure that our software delivers measurable value and sustainable improvements in complex logistics environments.

THE TASKS - You make a difference

• Existing warehouse and logistics processes are analyzed and business requirements are translated into scalable software solutions.
• WMS processes are designed and configured to support operational excellence and business growth.
• Customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions are conducted.
• Implementation projects are managed across all phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Customers are advised on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Close collaboration with international project teams, product specialists, and software developers is an integral part of the role.
• Customer insights and market requirements contribute to the continuous development of our WMS products.
• Customers are also advised on products and services related to the EPG Software Suite.

THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in implementing Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics software solutions.
• A solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles.
• Strong and confident communication skills when working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Willingness to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required.
• Fluency in Czech and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
