Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for managing, analyzing, and reporting financial, operational, and commercial data to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaboration with various departments such as finance, operations, and external stakeholders to monitor performance & identify opportunities for improvement
  • Daily work with business managers, directors, and operational teams to ensure financial data aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and business plans
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making, including profitability assessments and market comparisons

How our ideal candidate looks like

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economy
  • At least 3 years of work experience on a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of French (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Customer orientation
  • Leadership & analytical skills
  • Highly developed teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (SOX, IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience with VBA scripting and Oracle HFM would be considered an advantage
