An opportunity for an experienced Payroll Accountant with English and Russian who enjoys precision, structure, and working in an international environment — contributing to efficient and compliant payroll operations across Europe.

Job description

  • Calculating and accruing wages and salaries in accordance with local regulations
  • Calculating and accruing various allowances and other benefits in accordance with local regulations
  • Reviewing cost sheets and supporting documents
  • Communicating with employees regarding cost compensation
  • Reviewing time sheets
  • Generating payrolls and registers for bank payments
  • Accounting and reporting of payroll costs
  • Reporting to HR and assessing budget performance
  • Participating in local audits
  • Participating in and coordinating projects related to company services and processes
  • Representing the company’s values
  • Handling various ad hoc questions, tasks, and projects within the functional scope as assigned by management

Candidate Profile

  • People orientation, relationship-building skills, and stress resistance
  • Accounting education or proven accounting knowledge
  • Good understanding of payroll, HR management, and related labor legislation
  • Understanding of the local client and economic environment, as well as market trends
  • Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel
  • Ability to apply a hands-on approach
