Product Portfolio Manager for Low Voltage Motors

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Product Portfolio Manager for General Purpose low voltage motors. This portfolio with aluminum housing is suitable for a wide range of standard drive tasks in industrial environments and humid atmospheres. The design and architecture of the motors ensure maximum flexibility and minimum installation effort. Due to their particularly low weight, they are predestined for applications in pumps, fans and compressors.

Your future role

• as a Product Manager, you work on Strategic planning and management of the product portfolio according to goals and market requirements throughout the entire product life cycle
• you collect and formulate market requirements for current and future products based on direct customer requirements, as well as market analyses, visions, and competition observations
• you look for new business opportunities and take initiatives to convert them into reality using PLM process
• you prepare presentations for top management (CEO, CFO and Supervisory Board) and enable strategy communication
• you support sales and quotation center in customer contacts and launching new products
• you give product presentations to customers, as well as at trade fairs and customer/sales trainings
• you act as a team player building a strong network with key stakeholders

Your profile

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in electro mechanics or similar technical orientation
• knowledge and understanding of drive technology and electric motor technologies
• related professional experience min. 2-3 years
• business or commercial experience is an advantage
• highly skilled in communication and presentation
• good ability to work in a team and social skills to actively take on a driving role
• you are fluent in English, German language skills is a plus
• intercultural experience by e.g., participation in international projects and studying or working abroad is an advantage
