O pozici

We are looking for a Facility / HSE Project Engineer (Technician) who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing site.

In this role, you will take care of the technical operation of the facility, support workplace safety standards, and contribute to identifying and reducing potential risks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and actively participate in improving processes related to facility operations and safety.

YOUR CHALLENGE´S:

Conduct risk analyses and monitor regulatory inspections
Ensure that all safety and security equipment complies with legal requirements and is kept in proper working condition
Develop site Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) operational procedures and oversee their implementation
Perform inspections and internal audits, provide recommendations, and define corrective actions including responsibility for execution
Implement and follow up on actions related to any non‑compliance identified during inspections or internal/external audits, taking necessary investments into account
Stay informed about changes and developments in relevant legislation

LET´s TALK ABOUT YOU:

At least 3 years of experience in site facility services, operations or management (HSE experience is an advantage)
Relevant technical education OR strong technical thinking, ideally supported by OHS / HSE / EMS certifications
Knowledge of HSE legislation is a plus
Communicative level of English
Strong communication and presentation skills, independence, and a proactive approach
Basic understanding of project management principles
