What will your job involve?

• Supporting Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Answering customer questions and providing information about orders.
• Processing orders received by phone and monitoring their status.
• Ensuring smooth delivery and a positive customer experience.

What do we expect from you?

• Croatian language skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• A friendly and professional attitude.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.
• Residence in the Czech Republic.

What do you need to work from home?

• Your own laptop with Windows 10 or newer.
• Functional and regularly updated antivirus software.
• Stable internet connection (min. 10/10 Mbit).
• A monitor with at least 14.1" and Full HD resolution.
