Assistant Managing the subscription Project

We're now looking for a Project Assistant to support our growing sales project.

About the Project:

You will help with an exciting service developed by Exapro that helps machinery dealers promote and sell their equipment more effectively through a subscription on Exapro.com.

You'll become part of a small team working directly on the development and daily operation of this service.

As a Project Assistant, you'll support the Project Managers in keeping our partners' accounts accurate, active, and attractive for buyers.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Managing and updating subscription accounts
• Reviewing and improving machine listings
• Identifying the correct machine category and product type
• Finding missing technical information about machinery
• Adding products to curated product shortlists
• Checking pending products that require completion before publication
• Filtering and organizing machine links and offers
• Using AI (ChatGPT assistants) to prepare translations and improve product descriptions
• Reporting progress and maintaining data quality

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet research)
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn about industrial machinery
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT
