Sales Manager - CSG AI Subdivision (Tendrio)

Tendrio is an innovative AI-powered solution designed to digitalize and streamline tender procurement processes. Our mission is to provide companies with intelligent tools that save time, increase efficiency, and drive growth. We are now looking for an experienced sales professional to help us take Tendrio to the next level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the commercial strategy and go-to-market planning
  • Owning and executing the marketing and sales strategy
  • Driving sales activities and achieving KPIs
  • Managing deal ownership and supporting pricing decisions
  • Collaborating with internal marketing and technical teams
  • Overseeing participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Providing strategic reporting for company stakeholders
  • Handling budgeting and resource planning

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of software solutions and subscription-based models
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and strategic thinker
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English (Czech or other business languages are a plus)
  • Nice to have: background in supply chain management, marketing, or customer success
