You will design user friendly mobile and web applications using modern approaches, technologies to achieve great user experience:

• Work with PMs and stakeholders to understand business requests, requirements, and deliverables.
• Construct a user experience strategy aligned with business objectives, KPIs, and the target audience.
• Create innovative design solutions that meet stakeholder goals and user needs.
• Map user flows and diagrams to facilitate discussions on complex topics.
• Enhance interaction models for improved user experience and storytelling.
• Create pixel-perfect wireframes, screen layouts, navigation systems, and user interface elements within a strict set of brand guidelines.
• Consider all screen sizes and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Create prototypes to assist in pushing concepts through approval process.
• Present your work to team members, product owners, and stakeholders defending your ideas while being open to feedback.
• Promote design thinking in the organization and speak in public forums to raise awareness.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience as user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.
• An exceptional eye for detail and ability to produce high-fidelity (pixel-perfect) wireframes & design comps, rapidly with focus on simplification.
• A passion for enhancing design processes.
• Strong interaction design skills, attention to detail, a solid understanding of user centered design principles.
• Mobile design and Design system experience is a big plus.
• Strong up-to-date body of work and online portfolio (this is a must-have) to demonstrate experience creating great user-centered design solutions, wireframes and prototypes, with a focus on Accessibility.
• Ability to create rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative, agile environment.
• Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, and focus on efficiency using Gen AI.
• A positive attitude to jump in and learn.
