Head of Quality Europe

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Being responsible for forming of a new structure of the quality management organization in Europe and raising of the level of expertise and mindset on quality at the plant
• Pushing, inspiring and encouraging the organization and team members to meet the quality demands required in the market
• Bringing in state-of-the-art quality management tools
• Coordinating, supporting and being responsible for all activities according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Coordinating and supervising (functionally) the external (customer), process and supplier quality organization in relation to process improvement and control
• Supporting escalation process and quick problem resolution
• Ensuring correct implementation of standardized work procedures and promoting Kaizen and improvement events
• Ensuring, as Customer Representative, that the Voice of Customer is deployed into the organization
• Managing the plant Quality System and ensuring compliance with standards
• Performing compliance audits to reference standards and developing appropriate action plans
• Being responsible for Process/Product Auditing: supervising PQ internal auditing activities
• Participating in and coordinating activities (including preventive actions) related to customer audits
• Tracking KPIs defining eventual corrective and/or preventive plans
• Managing corrective actions
• Ensuring systematic implementation of the PPAP requirements (and/or customers´ specifics)​

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• ​University degree or proven practical experience
• 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality, previous experience on a managerial position
• Experience within the Automotive industry is a must
• Very good knowledge of all quality processes – customer, supplier quality and metrology
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures, relevant legislative and ISO standards and requirements
• Good knowledge of reporting and analytical tools
• Active knowledge of English language
• High personal motivation and desire to succeed.
• Ability to get things done both through formal channels and informal networks.
• Clear written and oral expressions, concise and compelling when presenting information and ideas
• A strong motivator: guiding and inspiring others to maximize their potential
• Facilitating learning and development so that it can bring about an improvement in performance and engagement
