Asset Manager

Are you interested in the world of real estate, investments, and asset management? Do you already have relevant professional experience and want to develop further in a field that has a direct impact on the value and performance of a large real estate portfolio?

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Asset Management team—someone with experience in finance, investments, real estate, auditing, or data analysis who wants to build a long-term career in asset management.

What you will do

Gradually take ownership of an assigned property portfolio and drive its long-term development.
Manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, investment planning, and evaluating property performance.
Build and review property-level business plans and financial analyses, including DCFs, sensitivities and investment cases.
Evaluate capex, refurbishment, value-add and hold/sell opportunities using appropriate financial metrics and commercial judgement.
Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase portfolio value and operational efficiency.
Support the preparation and evaluation of investment projects.
Work closely with colleagues in Asset Management and across the business, particularly in Sustainability, Property & Facility Management, Project Management, Finance, and Data Analytics.
Participate in initiatives focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and the long-term value of the portfolio.
Prepare regular reports and work with data to support strategic portfolio decisions.

Who we're looking for

Relevant professional experience in finance, investments, capital markets, property valuation, auditing, data analysis, real estate, property management, or a related field.
A sound understanding of real estate finance and investment metrics, with the ability to explain and challenge the assumptions behind financial analyses.
A university degree in economics, engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
A genuine interest in asset management and a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is an advantage.
Fluency in Czech and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence using English in your daily work.
An analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and identify meaningful insights.
A valid Category B driver's license.
