Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For this reason, we want to expand our team. You will join the tax team and become part of our Finance team at Notino, where you'll never get bored. As our new Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for TAX compliance and related matters as well as involved in international tax matters. Does this sound like the right challenge? What will you do?

• Work on the assigned tax compliance agenda (corporate taxes, tax accounting and reporting, transfer pricing).
• Cooperate with external tax advisors in assigned countries (within Europe). Participate in international projects.
• Work proactively to support other tax team members or other employees in the finance department in the tax area.
• Participate in handling tax audits in assigned countries, work with other internal stakeholders to collect the requested data and prepare documentation as required.
• Proactively identify opportunities for processes or system enhancements, drive improvement initiatives, and cooperate with cross-department teams where necessary.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automatization and optimization of tax reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
• Continuously grow your expertise and professional capability in the tax area.
• Monitor and interpret legislative changes across Europe (including BEPS initiatives), advising on impacts and leading implementation of required changes.
• Transfer knowledge in the tax area to peers within the Finance department or cross-company.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What do you need?

• At least 2-3 years experience in tax advisory consulting (ideally Big4) or in in-house tax department, ideally within a large international company or an SSC.
• Tax Advisors Examination is advantage.
• Tax Accounting (with focus on Deffered Taxes) and Tax Reporting experience is advantage.
• First experience with Transfer Pricing Legislation and CbCR across the EU is advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A talent for identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Proactive approach and ability to adapt to changes.
• Good command of English (at least B2) and fluency in Czech/Slovak are a must.
