About the Role:
We are looking to hire two experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate our client's market presence in the PV battery systems and transmitter segments. Your focus in this role will be taking ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on large-scale industrial, energy, or infrastructure clients.
What Products You’ll Sell:
- PV Battery Systems (for energy storage and optimization)
- Transmitters (smart, digital components within PV infrastructures)
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Translate technical requirements into tailored commercial solutions
- Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales, product, and project delivery teams
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers or partners
- Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and tender discussions
- Manage key enterprise accounts in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
- Lead complex sales cycles, from solution design to contract closure
Your Profile:
- Proven sales experience (3+ years) (experience within PV sector, energy storage, or power electronics is a strong advantage)
- Track record in either direct enterprise sales or channel/distribution sales
- Experience in project sales or bidding is a strong advantage
- Czech and English fluency (both spoken and written)
- Self-starter mindset, excellent communication and relationship-building skills
