Then you are exactly the right person for our team as a Coating Technician / Engineer for wet chemical processing at our site in Uherske-Hradiste, in the south-east of the Czech Republic

What you will do

Lead the coatings operational function
Prepare and apply coatings formulations on aircraft transparencies in a clean room environment
Produce work instructions and complete operational record documentation
Perform product conformity testing
Undertake or support product development programs
Monitor and report clean room conditions according to specification
Maintain condition of production equipment
Ensure materials and facility are in line with health and safety laws
Manage chemicals stock
Define and implement process improvements
Produce regular reports and updates for site and R&D leadership

Your ideal experience

Post high school technical qualification (ideally in sciences, such as chemistry)
Working diligently as an operations professional in a regulated relevant environment where chemicals/paints are used (e.g. automotive, aerospace, pharma, biotech, oil & gas)
Working with hazardous materials and understanding of (and ideally ability to generate) safety data sheets.
Product testing and reporting
Facilities and equipment responsibility/ownership
Proven ability to interact with members of other departments and explain issues to leadership, vernally or by presentation
Team leadership experience is a bonus

Other requirements

Good professional English language capability
Strong computer working capability (e.g. data management and presentation with Excel, Powerpoint)
