The Managing Director will take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day management of the company, with a strong focus on execution, operational excellence, and financial results. 

The role combines: 

• strategic contribution and 

• hands-on leadership of operations, people, and results at company level. 

This is a true CEO-level role with real impact and accountability. 

Key responsibilities

• Full responsibility for company performance and P&L

• Translation of group strategy into clear operational plans and targets

• Leadership of operations, sales, finance, HR, and engineering functions 

• Driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and cost discipline

• Development and leadership of the management team 

• Building a performance-oriented and accountable culture

• Representation of the company toward key customers and partners

We are looking for a senior leader who brings:

• Proven experience as General Manager, Managing Director, CEO, COO or other senior operational leader
• Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical services
• Ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility
• Pragmatic, structured, and results-driven leadership style
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Natural authority and clear communication style
• Czech or Slovak fluency and English at a professional working level
• High integrity and strong sense of ownership
