Senior Project Manager (m/f)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and responsibility through to invoicing and payment.

• Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules, workforce requirements and resource allocation.

• Lead an assigned team of approximately five employees, conduct performance and development reviews, and initiate recruitment requests when additional staff are needed.

• Monitor project profitability, control costs and implement corrective actions when financial or operational performance falls below expectations.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, maintain regular communication and on-site contact, and monitor customer satisfaction.

• Identify additional customer needs and service opportunities, develop existing relationships and pursue new customer acquisition in cooperation with the Sales Manager.

• Conduct audits according to the LPA process, report findings and oversee corrective actions using the PDCA methodology.

• Apply relevant quality tools and support continuous improvement in project delivery and operational effectiveness.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• At least two years of project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why and 5S.

• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.

• Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to plan resources, manage project costs and monitor profitability.

• Czech and English language skills are required; Slovak is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel regularly and work at customer project sites.
