Global Controller - automotive

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For a well-established German company specializing in high-precision electromechanical components for the automotive and microelectronics industries, we are looking for a Global Controller to strengthen the finance team.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a global role with strong business impact while being based near Plzeň (Dýšina). You will work closely with the German headquarters and regularly travel abroad, making this position ideal for candidates who enjoy an international environment and are open to relocating within the Plzeň region.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including reporting to the parent company
• Analyze business unit performance (profit center controlling)
• Control and monitor investments, tools, and assets under construction
• Project controlling with a strong commercial focus
• Cost center and cost object accounting
• Material cost controlling, inventory management, and stock valuation
• Preparation of KPIs and scorecards for management steering
• Ad-hoc analyses and derivation of actionable recommendations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling
• Several years of controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of HGB accounting standards
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and production processes
• Excellent Excel skills; SAP FI/CO knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and/or very good English skills, Czech is a must
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
