YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting the Floor Manager in leading the department and driving strong team performance
• Analyzing merchandise and helping to optimize the sales floor using visual guidelines and marketing strategies
• Being actively present on the shop floor to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Assisting in training, coaching, and motivating the team to reach and exceed goals
• Working together with the buying team to improve product selection and ensure great availability
• Making sure every customer enjoys friendly, professional service — both on the floor and at the cash desk

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail or in-store logistics
• You’re confident using IT programs to keep things running smoothly
• You have great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in with a hands-on approach
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
