Brand Manager

At TRL Space, we develop technologies for space missions and work with international customers and partners.

We have ambitious goals, exciting projects, and stories worth telling. Now, we're looking for a creative and hands-on Brand Manager who can build a strong, recognizable brand and turn great ideas into reality.

We need someone who can think conceptually and strategically, while being practical and taking care of execution - whether that means creating the concept for our presence at an international conference, writing a LinkedIn post, preparing a simple visual, or coming up with an original branded item.

What will you work on?

• Brand strategy & development: Build a consistent, memorable brand across all communication channels, both locally and internationally.
• Events & conferences: Manage our presence at international space conferences and industry events, from the initial concept and planning to on-site execution and evaluation. Organize our own events and press conferences when needed.
• Content & communication: Create and coordinate engaging content for LinkedIn, our website, podcasts, PR activities, and other communication channels. Turn complex technical topics into compelling stories that resonate with our audiences.
• PR & media relations: Increase our media visibility and identify opportunities to get TRL Space featured in industry and mainstream media.
• Employer branding: Work closely with HR to strengthen our employer brand, showcase our people and projects, and help us attract talented professionals.
• Project management & results: Manage brand/ marketing projects, budgets, external suppliers, and deadlines. Set priorities, coordinate activities, measure performance, and continuously improve what we do

Who will you work with?

• You will be part of our Operations team: you can get practical support with event logistics, conference preparations, and other organizational task from them
• CEO: Your key partner, bringing a clear vision and creative mindset.
• Business Development team: Work closely together to align marketing with business goals and strengthen our presence in international markets.
• HR team: Join forces to build our employer brand and attract new talent.
• Our people: Engage colleagues across the company, turn their expertise into compelling stories, and help them become proud brand ambassadors.
• External Partners: PR agency, graphic designers, and other specialists when needed.

Who are we looking for?

• You have proven, hands-on experience in brand management or B2B marketing.
• You're creative, innovative, and know how to turn ideas into action.
• You're a doer who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution.
• You're comfortable in a technical environment. You´re curious about technology and can make complex topics interesting and understandable.
• You're focused on results. You don't just launch campaigns or organize events. You evaluate their impact and look for ways to make the next one even better.
• You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple activities without losing track of priorities or deadlines.
• You're an excellent communicator who can engage people and build strong relationships across teams.
• You communicate confidently in both Czech and English, written and spoken.
