Sales Assistant

Join the e&e Jewellery Team

e&e Jewellery has recently opened its first store in Prague, located in the heart of Praha 1 on Na Příkopě, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our growing team.

We are recruiting both full-time and part-time team members who have a passion for jewellery, fashion and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide warm, professional and personalized service
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product and styling advice
- Build excellent knowledge of e&e Jewellery products and collections
- Actively support sales and contribute towards individual and store sales targets
- Operate the POS/cash register and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain attractive, well-organised jewellery displays
- Replenish stock and assist with deliveries, stock control and inventory counts
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the store
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Support exchanges and returns in accordance with company procedures
- Work closely with colleagues and management to create an exceptional customer experience

What We Are Looking For

- Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
- A genuine interest in jewellery, fashion and retail
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Reliable, responsible and well-organised
- Positive attitude and a strong team spirit
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
- English and/or Czech language skills
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but training can be provided
