IT Project Manager (m/w/n)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will drive the continuous improvement of our business application landscape by delivering innovative IT solutions that support business growth and efficiency
• You will lead end-to-end IT projects, from initial concept through implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• You will manage and coordinate software releases and system enhancements, ensuring seamless deployment, effective communication
• You will be a Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions
• You will create clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation that enable successful project execution and user adoption
• You will support the optimization and standardization of business processes through technology, helping to improve user experience and operational performance

Our expectations:

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Economics or a comparable qualification
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or process management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, IT teams, shared service centers, external vendors, and project stakeholders
• You are fluent in English (ideally B2- C1)
• Excellent requirements engineering, business analysis, and process design capabilities
• Experience in release/go-live planning and coordination across systems/teams (release calendar, cutover, hypercare)
• Strong experience with project/portfolio/architecture tools (Jira/BigPicture, Confluence, LeanIX)
