Warehouse and Dispatch Operative: Order Packing and Substrate Mixing

What you will do

You will join the warehouse team at PlantScraper, a growing e-commerce company. You will work according to the daily plan set by the warehouse manager and focus primarily on preparing medium and large orders.

• Picking, checking and safely packing customer orders
• Organising products and warehouse locations
• Mixing and packaging plant substrates according to established recipes and procedures
• Receiving deliveries and checking their quantity and condition
• Storing received products in the correct locations
• Preparing pallets and moving materials around the warehouse
• Supporting other warehouse tasks according to current needs
• This is an active, manual role involving regular movement around the warehouse and handling materials.

Required knowledge and skills

• English sufficient for everyday workplace communication
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle parcels and materials weighing up to 20 kg
• Reliability, punctuality and a responsible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail when preparing and checking orders
• Czech is not required.

It would be an advantage if you have

• Previous experience in warehouse work, dispatch or order packing
• Experience organising products and warehouse locations
• Experience receiving deliveries or preparing pallets
• Experience handling and packaging loose materials
• Previous experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know.

What we offer

• Employment contract for 37.5 hours per week
• Gross monthly salary of CZK 30,000 to 34,000, depending on experience
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00
